I generally support the removal of tariffs, unless tarifs are needed to ensure the U.S. is not being taken advantage of in trade agreements, as we have seen with regard to our trade relationship with China. The tariffs imposed against China resulted in better positioning the U.S. with regard to trade. In such instances, tariffs are needed.
My three top priorites are to protect Life, Liberty, and Land. First, I will work to propose legislation to protect the unborn person in the womb against the procedure known as abortion. Article 14 of the Constitution protects the unborn and states: "...nor shall any State deprive any person of life, liberty, or property without due process of the law; nor deny any person within its jurisdiction the equal protection of the laws." Second, I will proprose legislation to protect 1st and 2nd Amendment rights and third, I will support legislation to ensure our borders are secure.
