| It is essential to our economic development of our community and our every day life that infrastructure of the I-10 bridge need to be rebuilt, because it is old and outdated; an overall projection would have to be made, such as, the cost, the material and the manpower needed to fund the project to rebuild the bridge and then a proposal need to be presented to the federal grant funding committee for the investment of the infrastructure project. |
