| The national debt is my top priority. We are now $21 trillion in debt and will have over $1 trillion in budget deficit for 2019. Much of the spending is due to corruption. Congress, on purpose, uses monster bills in order to hide spending of pet projects. Great example is the recent 2,322 page omnibus bill. Nobody had time to read the bill, even though my party (Republican), signed the Pledge to America in 2010, promising 3 days to debate and discuss bills before voting. They broke their promise and need to be held accountable. |
