| Question d is difficult to answer in this format. I support statewide education levy equalization. That will raise property taxes for some, lower for others. Net effect will be to generate slightly more tax rev available for basic ed. So, I answered 2. But main overall effect is flatter statewide basic ed levy. And--most importantly--this reduces the need for a state income tax. | |||
