| The legislative branch of state government must self-consciously examine the state and its political subdivisions and agencies, etc... We must see where government is harming by commission, and stop doing those things. In matters of criminal justice, the state must punish the guilty, rehabilitating whenever possible. It must also make injured parties whole. Promoting and implementing this ethos throughout government will be my goal. |
