Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Pro-Life is Pro-Choice, & vice-versa, Any decisions to be made should be between them & their Doctor's, As for Selective Abortion for reasons of wrong time because of job, or promotions shouldn't be allowed As for Rape, Incest, Health of a women, should be allowed, To force a child and/or adult to carry it to term Is Also a form of Abuse. Rape & Incest is a Violent Crime. If health of woman is at risk, her life must be saved because she will be able to try again.

It is a matter of Enforcing the Laws Already on the books, & Forcing Corporations to pay their share, we need to close all loopholes, take away tax breaks, & If necessary We need to start Arresting them, charging them, & Prosecute them. & in some cases set up a Penalty, Fact is that Once they see that playtime is over, most will fall in line & follow the laws. Restrictions need to be placed on overseas deposits, Businesses still break laws because no one enforces the laws already listed

One of my many priorities is to Remove Dark Money from ALL Elections at all levels. To require every candidate to list any donations & where/Who gave, & the Amount, with Maximum Amount to be decided & If Laws are broken The Candidate shall be Investigated & Evidence is found of Illegal activities, then they will be arrested, charged, tried, & if convicted, they will serve time. Kid gloves are off. My Point is this We will have to make an example of the first one & remained will fall in line

The old adage of "You have to spend money to make money", Is not always the right thing to do, and could cause the economy to get worse, Example would be taking a look at Republican Aministrations they have increased deficit every time, they've started most Wars, Caused most recessions(Ex: GW Bush, Administration) Then when President Obama came into office we cleaned it up, got back on track, then in mid terms republicans took control of Congress, & we were back on road to recession. Again it goes back to ENFORCING Laws already on the books

I agree with this for the main reason that we have to have a set of guidelines to follow, Where as allows states to create a system that takes into consideration every student including those students who have Learning & Memorization Issues. We MUST get back to Teaching students to learn, Not just memorize topics. When I went to school we didn't have internt or computers, and the teachers actually taught us, and we were given tests, We need to get back to the beginning when Real Learning, Education & Teachers meant excellence

Environment is a matter of Life & Death without clean air & clean water, along with healthy trees and shrubs that make oxygen which allows us to breathe, in turn allows us to Live, Proves the Importance of maintaining the Circle of Life, That we're all apart of. We need to make sure that in our most scared Native sites, State Parks, & Wilderness areas, are kept free of all drilling, fracking, and any other destructive activities, because the Point is this, In these areas are Native Burial Grounds & We need to Protect it & Our History

Top of my list is to Restore & Update the (AWB) Assault Weapons Ban the Republicans refused to renew & let expire, raising the mass shooting incidents(more than 10 deaths/injuries) to 243 between 2013-2015, up by 43%. My plan is simple & protects 2nd amendment rights, It's called National Database & Registry, It will let states communicate with each other something they can't do now, The Violent/Criminal List will be created by State Board of Correction/Attorney Generals, & the Mental/Emotional List compiled by St Medical Examiner & Adjudicated by 3-panel judges, along with access to No-fly/Terror watch lists.

Facts: 1997 Heritage Foundation created Healthcare Alternative for GOP, as a alternative to Clinton Administrations Plan, It was later expanded & updated by former governor Romney for a Statewide Healthcare Plan, Then, President Obama working with the same experts as Romney updated to fit on the National Level & it worked. question you have to ask, is why GOP sat on it for over 10 years, if they really cared about our health? & why they want to Repeal it giving power back to big pharma & Ins which means caps on treatment,

1st, we already have a wall, we need to repair & Strengthen it, when President Obama did DACA, as part of the plan he funded 3500 more agents, unarmed drones, more boats, and construction of towers. 2)Both GW Bush & Obama focused on tunnels by caving in over 345 of them. 3) Bush & Obama had a 96% success rate for Immigrants returning for their hearings by handling them through Civil Courts which also Kept Families Together.& Finally Most illegals have been here over 20 years just didn't renew their visa's because republicans added more red tape & hoops

Several things will need to be done on Federal Level, 1) removing from schedule 1 list. (2) rewrite legal amounts a person can have & make it a misdemeanor. The research has proven that Alcohol, which is legal has caused more Issues, poisonings, & Death than marijuana has, & Finally, No War on Drugs, didn't work, & republicans can stop scaring & threatening Doctors.
