Louisiana Congressional Election 2022 Political Courage Test

Pro-choice Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
As a Catholic my religious beliefs do not support abortion as a convenience but by having had my grandmother and two younger sisters raped. My sister Roxane was raped and killed by several men and my sister Vivian was impregnated by her military superior who was forcing her to have an abortion and she killed herself. I strongly support intervention in rape, incest and the mother's life is at risk. I will sponsor the "Lorena Bobbitt PeeWee Axe Act" to cut the penis of all rapists. All men with two children out of wedlock should ordered to receive a vasectomy.
Yes Do you support expanding federal funding to support social safety net programs such as Social Security and Medicare?
Certainly, Senator Kennedy and the GOP want to face out social security and Medicare and both of those programs are keeping all senior citizens alive. My 98-year- old mother passed away on July 10th, and she was blessed with those programs that provided for her extended life. I want to fight for all senior citizens so that they can live healthier longer lives without worrying about having enough money to pay for their prescription drugs. I plan to sponsor a 15% flat rate tax for all corporations and to pay for Medicare Part B for all Senior Citizens.
Yes Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations, unions, and individuals?
It is important to end the manipulation of big money in our elections, specifically foreign money. For this reason, I would support the 28th amendment to end unlimited political spending by overturning the US Supreme Court?s 2010 Citizens United ruling. Domestic Big Oil companies pulled the trigger that created the inflation and recession by stopping oil production and manipulating the price of gasoline that hurt low income and middle-class families and they earned the billions of dollars in the process. Senator John N. Kennedy sold us out because those big corporations have contributed over $23M to his campaign.
No Do you support the protection of government officials, including law enforcement officers, from personal liability in civil lawsuits concerning alleged misconduct?
If they commit a crime--they should pay for it.
No Do you support increasing defense spending?
There is a lot of fraud, waste, and abuse defense spending. During my tenure as Assistant to the Inspector General of the Air Force, I was able see first-hand the fraud, waste, and abuse of billions of dollars. A recent example would be the F-35 fighter jet that cost $392 B to the US Air Force, and it was built with Chinese parts which may have GPS systems or other technology controlled by the Chinese government that can track ALL the missions of the F-35. As your next Senator I will sponsor legislation to further manage Department of Defense spending.
Yes Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support providing financial relief to businesses AND/OR corporations negatively impacted by the state of national emergency for COVID-19?
Yes Do you support the federal government taking action, beyond those of the Federal Reserve, to alleviate inflation?
In the last 4 decades, the government spent $4 trillion to bail out many industries such as the auto, airline, banks, big oil to name a few. We should bail out low income and middle-class families by adopting the 'Agriculture Reform Act," that I will sponsor which will return the level of 6.8M farms (1935) to feed 127M Americans and we now have 2M to feed 340M Americans. With 5M new farms that will provide 25M new green jobs, we will reduce inflation, eliminate a national food desert, improve national nutrition, and raise the 1.8% GDP by 0.5% per year.
No Do you support the forgiveness of federal student loan debt?
I would support a no interest loan. I did not have money to pay for college, so I joined the Air Force to receive educational benefits so that I could afford the education that I wanted. My children did the same. I would recommend a similar program for people that do not like the military but they can do internship programs in their community to pay for the educational funding that they receive. For these reasons, I want to introduce the SmartEd Program where children from Pre-K to 12th grade receive half day academic instruction and ? day vocational training.
Yes Do you support requiring a government-issued identification in order to vote at the polls?
If the state requires a government-issued ID then the state should issue the ID at no cost to the individual. People use their government ID to buy cigarettes and alcohol so why not get a free picture ID issued by the state. People need an ID to get their money from their banking institution or to cash a check. It is not unreasonable to require an ID do vote but when mandated by law, it should also be given free to the individual. A pictured voter registration would not be a bad idea.
Yes Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
Yes Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
In the last nine months domestic oil stopped production and engaged in gasoline price gauging which triggered the US inflation/technical recession thus declaring an economic war on low income and middle-class families. Now, Donald Trump's friends, President Puttin and MBS Prince of Saudi Arabia announced that OPEC will reduce oil production as an intentional SABOTAGE to the US mid-term elections and a blow to YOU and the world economy--Senator Kennedy worships Trump and is willing to leave Louisiana's economy in despair with his silence--I will regulate big oil and force them to reinvest 50% of their profits in renewable energy.
Yes Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
I support the handling of all weapons same as what the US military bases do. All weapons are kept in a secured area and the owner signs it out every time the would like to use it. This can be a locked weapon in a wall unit or locked closet at home that can only be accessed by the gun owner so that the weapon is out of reach of children. We need to have background checks.
Yes Do you support a government-run (single-payer) healthcare program, such as Medicare-for-All?
Yes Do you support expanding paid family AND/OR medical leave opportunities?
Yes Do you support lowering the cost of prescription drugs?
With the cost of living rising at 8%-10% annually with inflation/recession, the cost of healthcare becomes more expensive and becoming out of reach for low income and middle-class families. For this reason, we need to tax all corporations at 15% flat rate and for domestic big oil force them to reinvest 50% of their profits in infrastructure, a new metro rail system that connects all major cities in Louisiana where there is an existing rail, and renewable energy such as: solar, wind power, geothermal and hydroelectric which will create over 200,000 permanent green jobs and instantly thrive Louisiana's economic growth.
Yes Do you support increasing security along the southern US border?
No Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
It is important to secure our borders with Mexico and Canada, as well as international waters in the Gulf of Mexico and Florida Peninsula. When the Mayflower settlers came to America, my Native American ancestors did not send them back to Europe before they were eligible for citizenship. Undocumented immigrants want to work and all they want and need is a work permit that enables them to pay taxes and obtain a driver license so that they can drive to work and their place of worship. Giving them a work permit will provide over $15B/year.
Yes Do you support economic intervention as a means of resolving international conflicts?
Yes Do you support the U.S. providing increased offensive military aid to Ukraine?
The United Nations has been using several interventions to make and build peace. The U.S. and European NATO allies? economic sanctions against Russia have been effective but slow since Russia invaded and declared a war in Ukraine. Fortunately, the U.S. did not make the same mistake of declaring a war in Iraq over human rights violations and weapons of mass destruction that did not exist. Providing military support to Ukraine was a smart decision from the Biden Administration, but we most now increase offensive military support with 1,000-mile range weapon systems as well as Patriot missile interceptors to defeat Russia.
Yes Do you support raising taxes, on any income or on any entity, to promote economic growth?
It is critical that we stop giving tax breaks to the rich and taxing the low income and middle class. We must implement a 15% flat tax on all for profit corporations and a 10% flat tax for all non-profit corporations particularly churches and political entities. This action alone will increase US revenue by more than $500B which can pay for Medicare for ALL and improve the educational system by giving more resources to schools but most importantly would pay for breakfast and lunch for all children who go to school hungry, and a starving child cannot concentrate to learn.
No Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
Tariffs and quotas are necessary means to maintain an international trade balance that protects US manufacturers, farmers, exporters and importers.
1. Big Oil companies created both inflation and recession by stopping OIL production and price gouging. We must regulate Big Oil and take away their power to sabotage the US economy by manipulating oil production and gasoline prices. 2. In the last 4 decades, $4Trillion American Tax dollars bailed out many industries: auto, airline, banks, big oil to name a few. We should bailout the American people by adopting the 'Agriculture Reform Act," at a cost of $350B to create 5 million new farms to reduce inflation, end hunger, food deserts, and 25M new green jobs. Imagine an inflation-free America!
