Abortion

Pro-life		Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation?
Personally, I believe life starts at conception, Abortion is only acceptable when the life of the mother is at risk and all other medical options have been exhausted. I will work to pass legislation that states that because the end of life is defined by medical professionals by a heartbeat so should the beginning of life, which would roll back current abortion laws to no later than 6 weeks. I believe this needs to be the first step in dealing with the Abortion issue.

Budget

I believe the Federal Income Tax needs to be repealed, and needs to be replaced with a National Sales Tax. My Tax Plan which is stated on my website will allow us to pay down the National Debt, revitalize our infrastructure, and give us the funding needed to secure our borders.

Campaign Finance

In my 1st week in office I will introduce the "Healthcare Freedom Act". This legislation repeals the Mandates and Penalties under Obamacare, it will also allow insurance to be sold across state lines and utilizes the positive points in the ACA, such as, Covering your children to the age of 26 and companies not being allowed to deny coverage based on pre-existing conditions!

Immigration

"I will work on proposing legislation that states that if a child is born on American soil and neither parent is a legal citizen, the parents and child will be returned to their country of origin. Once that child reaches the age of 18 he/she will receive their birth certificate and be afforded their rights as a U.S. Citizen. I believe this would eliminate the incentive for pregnant Illegal Aliens to try and make it to American soil prior to giving birth for their own benefit. Regarding those who overstay their visas, I will work to implement a system using a tamper resistant GPS bracelet or anklet, those individuals will have to wear during their time in our country, if they remove or tamper with the GPS tracker, they will be found and deported immediately. I believe that crimes committed by non-citizens should receive the maximum sentence allowable by the law, because if we deport them as a punishment, it will more than likely be a short amount of time before they come back and commit another crime. I believe in securing our borders and encouraging a person who wants to become a citizen to go through the proper legal steps in doing so. One solution is increasing the manpower in the border states by hiring unemployed veterans for Border Patrol jobs because they already have patrolling experience. I also believe we need a GPS tracking system for all individuals who come to our nation on a VISA. If a child is born here and neither parent is a US citizen, they will be returned to their country of origin until the age of 18, then they may enter the country as a US citizen.

Marriage

I believe Marriage is a holy union. I do not have a problem with civil unions, because when it comes down to it, only God can judge their relationship! The Government should stay out of the bedroom.
