| Oregonian's are taxed excessively as it is, higher taxes are not the answer. Business will only be able to hire when they have the available overhead to do so and taxes prevent that. Jobs become available when taxes are low and businesses flourish. When jobs are more readily available, and taxes are maintained low, people will work instead of collect welfare, which is what we need to achieve in order to get people off of welfare and work for a living instead of take from those successful. | |||

| The Second Amendment is sectioned into five separate clauses; The Militia Clause, The Necessary Clause, The People Clause, and The Infringement Clause. The amendment does not grant any specific right, it simply codifies a preexisting right to defend against tyranny and criminal actions. The concept of the state concealed handgun license is blatantly unconstitutional. The Right of the People To Keep and Bear Arms Shall Not Be Infringed. Nothing confusing here, yet such a difficult thing to understand in the legislative and executive branches. | |||
