| I think dark money, pac, corporations should be limited to same amount as individual donations, if allowed at all. Additionally, money should be limited to domestic (in state) corporations and individuals. | |||

| minor as an adult depends on the situation. brain development is not completed until 24-26 years so it is not a simple situation. In cases where minors are tried as minors, the parents need to be culpable. If parents are legally responsible, then they deserved the freedom to raise their kids as well as be responsible for their actions. | |||

| Private sector revenue and free market approaches will put us back on the right track. The FDR Administrative State only creates a scenario where are non-elected officials are not responsible to the People. More government is the problem. | |||

| No | g) Should illegal immigrants who graduate from Montana high schools be eligible for in-state tuition at public universities? | ||
| Showing preference of illegal immigrants over out of state US citizens is criminal and I don't condone the use of funds at post-secondary or K-12 for illegal aliens. If the quantity of illegal aliens was uniform for each county in the US, every county would have to account for a minimum of 4,000 illegals (12 million people as currently advertised). Look at the last decade of job growth and entitlements. The cost of illegals is significant. | |||

| The science of global warming is wrought with opinion. Look at Australia's recent admission and the ~19 year suspension of global warming, and the statement 'global warming is causing global cooling'... How much warming or cooling is too much? The planet has never been constant. Look at the Jurassic Period or the last Ice Age. The planet experiences highs and lows in temperature as well as Oxygen/Carbon Dioxide. We are at the infancy of this understanding. Being Chicken Little at every discovery is irresponsible. Look at the bigger picture, Obama's programs are materialisitc - buy a new car or appliance | |||

| "... the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed." Enough said. I see the 1st Amendment the same way, there is no such thing as a 'Free Speech Zone'. Anyone saying there is, is trying to limit your opinions outside of those areas. | |||

| Yes | f) Do you support monetary limits on damages that can be collected in malpractice lawsuits? | ||
| No | g) Do you support allowing doctors to prescribe marijuana to their patients for medicinal purposes? | ||
| HTC pills have been extremely effective with people I knew personally. If for some reason, this approach is not acceptable, I would concede that smoking marijuana may be appropriate. I would see this as any other control medicine however, it should be prescribed by a doctor and obtained from pharmacist. | |||
