Spending public money carries an inherent fiduciary duty to maximize return and not frivolously waste available resources. Too many times government employees will build empires around themselves with public money and hide behind the bureaucracy they create until retirement. I strongly favor using private sector over wasteful government agencies. I have witnessed Texas State employees flashing badges while carrying out their own personal vendettas. | |||

I've been an election judge many times and have never had a problem related to a voter providing an ID. I favor legitimate honest elections. Why would anyone allow for voter fraud? | |||

I do not see anyone on the horizon brave enough to do what is required to correct the sabotage of past administrations, meaning that Texas will need to be as wise as Joseph. Minimum Wage should not be regulated by politicians or bureaucrats. It should not be regarded as a living wage. We used to have sackboys and full service gas stations. For the past 3 years, I have helped sponsor booths at EarthDay Texas. Question "a" needs to include Hydrogen Energy utilizing wind and solar to split water molecules. H2 is a legitimate "green" energy whereas Ethanol is a boondoggle. Ethanol subsidies should be eliminated. It is time for Ethanol to stand on its own without tax dollars. This is what happens when lawyers play scientist. | |||

| I would implement a strategy to deal with urban blight. Many neighborhoods in my district need attention. I won't kick the can like my predecessors have. I am sick of the lies and deception. There are too many secrets being withheld from the public by those in power. Either that, or they're too stupid to recognize the times we are living in. Our federal government is out of control and needs to be reigned in. Texas should lead the way. Texas public education is a failure. Whoever is in charge must be fired. I would fix education if allowed to. |
