I believe a total overhaul of the Educational Failure is in order - I propose that we privatize our public school facilities to Charter School Holders. They are not only succeeding at educating our children, but are succeeding in managing themselves in a free market where parents have a choice. If you don't like the charter school, you can go to another one. If a teacher or program is not working out charter schools are able to react quickly, while it can take years for a public school to effect change.
