Regarding "g", Sex education is for parents to cover with their kids, not for the government to do. Regarding "h", if there is no way to change the fact that the government is providing sex ed in schools, I would rather see abstinence only.

I am against the Obama Care program. It is going to cost more in the end and the people can do a better job!
"b" should be taken on a case by case basis. "d", again, we need to take a close look at the areas to decrease. I am in favor of cutting spending but wisely so. A knee jerk reaction is not always the best policy.
