  • "A society is ultimately judged by the way it protects it’s most defenseless, not it’s strongest. The strong need no protection. There is no person more vulnerable and in need of protection than an unborn child in it’s mothers womb." (www.gbforcongress2024.com)
  • Do you generally support pro-choice or pro-life legislation? "Pro-Life" (justfacts.votesmart.org)
  • Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare? "No" (justfacts.votesmart.org)
  • "I believe that a national retail sales tax is the best substitute to our current tax code monstrosity. I find a national retail sales tax would be very simple to enact because all states already have a tax collection mechanism in place. No more IRS! No more filing income taxes! No more manipulation of the existing tax code by special interests. Businesses would simply tack on the national retail sales tax and transfer the collected taxes to the State and the State would then send a monthly check to Washington DC. That is the way it used to be in the 1800s during the industrial revolution. It can be that way again with the same results. When the obstacle of the huge national debt gets in the way, moving backwards is the best and fastest way to get ahead." (www.gbforcongress2024.com)
  • In order to balance the budget, do you support an income tax increase on any tax bracket? "No" (justfacts.votesmart.org)

  • "The 2nd Amendment to the US Constitution is not second by chance. It was seen as crucial in protecting our 1st Amendment rights. The state and local governments have enacted a myriad of guns laws that restrict the use of firearms to the point that they become useless as a means of self defense and criminalizes there possession. For example, Vermont borders Massachusetts. Vermont has no gun laws of any kind and almost no crime. You can carry a firearm any way that is considered safe. NH has a constitutional carry law. Massachusetts has a plethora of gun laws that restrict their use, how to carry them and where you can take them. There are pages and pages of nonsensical anti gun legislation. Gun lock requirements that render a firearm useless for self defense. Massachusetts also has a much higher crime rate." (www.gbforcongress2024.com)

No Do you support expanding federal funding to support entitlement programs such as Social Security and Medicare?

No Do you support the regulation of indirect campaign contributions from corporations and unions?
What I support is simple. ALL CONTRIBUTIONS must be documented. Allow unlimited contributions from anyone who is a citizen of the USA. Money equals free speech. There should be no limit to free speech.
Yes Do you support increasing defense spending?
We need to spend what it takes to get the job done. Ronald Reagan said that no country has ever been invaded because it was too strong. We need to remain strong. We also need to start bringing our troops home. Why are we still in Germany when the war ended there in 1945? Why are we still in Korea when the South Korean military is well established and effective? Why do we have a base in Japan when the war ended in 1945 and the Japanese are now our allies and very well equipped to defend themselves?
No Do you support federal spending as a means of promoting economic growth?
Yes Do you support lowering corporate taxes as a means of promoting economic growth?
No Do you support providing financial relief to businesses AND/OR corporations negatively impacted by the state of national emergency for COVID-19?
China is playing us. They know the bug is not as dangerous. They have not shut down their economy. The Chinese economy is set to GROW at a 14% annual rate while the US economy is set to CONTRACT by about the same amount. The Wuhan Flu virus is a bad flu. We have had them before. The 1968 Hong Kong Flu is still in circulation. This bug will be around for a long time too. The young and the healthy are rarely affected by the Wuhan flu. Quarantine the most susceptible and get the country back to work.
No Do you support requiring states to adopt federal education standards?
There are 50 state departments of education. Why do we need a 51st in Washington dictating to the other 50. We need to get rid of the US Department of Education. It is not needed.
No Do you support government funding for the development of renewable energy (e.g. solar, wind, geo-thermal)?
Yes Do you support the federal regulation of greenhouse gas emissions?
Yes. If we are to burn coal, it must be clean coal with smokestack scrubbers. We MUST keep the rivers clean.
No Do you generally support gun-control legislation?
http://www.gbforussenate.net/2nd-amendment.html#/
Yes Do you support repealing the 2010 Affordable Care Act ("Obamacare")?
No Do you support requiring businesses to provide paid medical leave during public health crises, such as COVID-19?
The "Affordable Care Act turned out to be unaffordable and you could not keep your doctor. Dr. Jonathan Gruber of MIT, the architect of Obama Care, admitted that they had to lie in order to get it passed. That is fraud and fraud has no statute of limitations.
Yes Do you support the construction of a wall along the Mexican border?
Yes Do you support requiring immigrants who are unlawfully present to return to their country of origin before they are eligible for citizenship?
Illegal immigration depresses wages for all Americans. Legal immigration needs to be halted until the current population of legal immigrants is fully assimilated. All future legal immigrants MUST be vetted to make sure they are coming here to take advantage of the freedoms the USA offers, not suck off of the government programs.
Yes Should the United States use military force to prevent governments hostile to the U.S. from possessing a weapon of mass destruction (for example: nuclear, biological, chemical)?
Yes Do you support reducing military intervention in Middle East conflicts?
As long as they are no threat to the USA we need to allow them to work out their own problems.
No Do you generally support removing barriers to international trade (for example: tariffs, quotas, etc.)?
I am for fair trade, not free trade. The USA must make trade deals favorable to the citizens of the USA. The Chinese are the biggest spenders on lobbyists in Washington where Washington politicians are getting rich while American citizens are getting poorer while watching their jobs getting shipped to China.
There are currently two sets of laws in this country. That NEEDS to change. Read my book titled "Menace To Society" that details what happens when special rights are granted to the powerful while the proletariat are prosecuted for simply exercising their 1st Amendment rights and exposing their crimes. The book is available from my campaign website. http://www.gbforussenate.net/store/p3/GerardBeloinForUSSenate2020.html#/ Control illegal and legal immigration. Open borders invite crime and depresses wages across the board. Eliminate deficit spending. There are two ways to conquer and enslave a nation. One is by the sword, the other is by debt. ~ John Adams. http://www.gbforussenate.net/spending-like-a-drunken-sailor.html#/
