| 1. Excess Lottery money should be put in a pool and given to school districts on need basis for teachers, materials and in some cases building or maintaining schools. 2. Laws strengthened that a Judge cannot give a low bond for those awaiting trial for violent crimes. Also if a person is wanted for another violent crime or another jurisdiction, than that person is to be denied bond or the minimum bond is to be cash of $1 Million. 3. Utilities such as TVA, KUB, etc. cannot raise rates for minimum 3 yrs, in event of accidents deemed their fault. |
