| My legislative priority, upon being sworn into office, would be investigating and acting upon the most advantageous ways in which Indiana can protect the health care freedom of Hoosiers. As Senator my first priority is to uphold the Constitution and laws that secure and protect the liberty of Hoosiers, not the centralized socialistic planning that is inconsistent with the fundamentals of Constitutional liberty. The recently passed "ObamaCare" Act is more than just a threat to the liberty of Hoosiers as it regards health care, but when its principles are fully realized I believe it threatens every area of our lives. |
