Education funding (grants & students loans) should only be made available for students who enroll in an accredited program, albeit technical school, college, or university. Far too many students have been defrauded by fly-by-night company's, so called higher education facilities or trade schools. Those students who are at risk of being defraud are left out in the cold, with loans they must pay back and nothing to show for it. For these students their situation is worse for having engaged in the process! This is a crime.
The government should learn how to get along on less. Washington is addicted to our money in the form of taxes. Government should not profit from the addictive behavior of its population. It would be better if there were insentives created to change the behavior.
The estate tax should not be excessive. However, there should be a small tax. The estate was able to create wealth because of the very freedoms the United States of America, this great country provides. The estate is morally required to give a bit back.
