| When you talk about funding state programs, unfunded liabilities, medicaid, medicare, etc.., the number one priority would be bringing business, industry and jobs to WV. To accomplish this there needs to be reforms, deregulation and tax incentives/breaks. This needs to be our priority. The only other option we have is to raise taxes on citizens that are overtaxed now. |
