| Lowering taxes and regulations on businesses that are stifling our business environment in this state. Another issue that I believe go hand in hand with this is torte reform. I believe if these issues are addressed, there will be more business coming to, and staying in West Virginia, thus creating more jobs in the private sector for our citizens and will help to build stronger families.
