* ALLEVIATE traffic congestion on our State Highways

* LIFT THE CAP on the State Transient Accommodation Taxes (TAT) to shift the burden away from Kauai residents while creating much needed jobs

* EXPAND affordable and kupuna (elderly) housing

* INCREASE the surcharge on car rentals to maintain and develop tourism infrastructure while increasing funds for State Parks and historic preservation

* SUSTAIN funding and leverage resources for State hospitals in rural communities such as the west side
