As a high school English teacher, I never thought I would be running for office, but after being inspired and invigorated by the Bernie Sanders campaign, I've realized that I have to do everything I can to stand against policies that benefit a select few at the expense of the working class. I believe that Kansas can only be great if we take care of ALL of our people and make a stand for progressive family values.
