Reason for Seeking Public Office:

Every candidate will tell you they want to fight for the middle class and working families of our District and across Michigan. The problem is they haven't done that yet and they won't. For the first time in our nation's history the middle class is smaller than the poor and the wealthy. Our current system is simply not working for most people.

Our state was recently given the embarrassing title as the least transparent and accountable state government in our nation. It's time to shine a light on what's really happening in Lansing and recreate "a government of the people, by the people and for the people."

I ask that you take a moment to look over the issues and policy proposals we've identified and join me in finding a way forward for all of us.
