Priority Issues:

I believe that there is an erosion of freedom in this country caused by the concentration of media ownership and the means of communication into the hands of a few corporations. Individual freedom of speech and press does us very little good if what we say and what we print is controlled by a powerful few.

Reason for Seeking Public Office:

In 2012, my neighborhood got gerrymandered into the Texas 2nd Congressional District, under Ted Poe, a radical Tea Party Freedom Caucus do-nothing. I am not a politician. I have never run for office. But I am certain that I can be a better Congressman and represent the people of the 2nd District better than Ted Poe can.
