Dear friends and neighbors,

My name is Lauren Childers and my decision to run for the District 3 House of Representatives stems from my desire to see Mississippi move forward. Prentiss and Alcorn Counties have contributed greatly to my raising and shaped who I am today. Because of those contributions, I would be honored to serve the residents of District 3. Education isn't about left or right -- it is about right or wrong. Helping our children will always be right. As a proud product of public education, I vow to be a strong voice for every student, teacher and parent in Prentiss and Alcorn Counties.
