Reason for Seeking Public Office:

I'm running for office because we need a Senator who believes in our middle class and hard-working families and who will also be a strong voice for our people right here in Western North Carolina. Jane is running for the State Senate because she believes that Western North Carolina deserves strong education, a clear plan for economic recovery, and increased access to quality healthcare. She is a leader from the West for the West and with every vote will put the needs of our people first. Jane knows that if we listen to one another and learn from each other, we will develop sustainable solutions for the years to come.
