Favorite President and Why:
I am a fan of President Kennedy's leadership style and his sincere commitment to the people he represented. His family's long history of philanthropic and civic minded involvement is an inspiration
Pets (include names):
I have a Beagle/Jack Russel Mix named MacGyver, named after my favorite childhood TV program.
Priority Issues:
My district's priorities focus on the health of our very delicate salt water estuary The Indian River lagoon. I have signed the Floridians' Clean Water Declaration which is a commitment to support and fight for legislation that restores and maintains the health of Florida's waterways. I'm an advocate for increasing wages to a level that allows even the minimum earners the ability to make a living doing the work they do and will fight to expand Medicaid in the state of Florida.
Reason for Seeking Public Office:
Of particular interest to me is bridging the gap between our so-called representatives and the people they are charged to serve. Young adults, ages 18-30 are a disenfranchised group often overlooked in policy matters. My desire is to help change that.
