During her one year term, the Hispanic Business Council received the "Eagle Award." This is the highest award given by the Kissimmee/Osceola Chamber of Commerce and it was the first and only time the Council received this award. Wanda was also recognized by Congressman Bill Posey with the Quality Floridian Award.
