Vote to pass a bill that requires the portion of state-highway constituting state route 376 to be dedicated to East Fishkill, New York veterans.

Highlights:

• Requires the portion of the state highway system constituting state route 376, beginning at its intersection with state route 82 in the town of East Fishkill, and continuing to its intersection with state route 52 in East Fishkill, to be dedicated to East Fishkill veterans (Sec. 1).

• Requires the commissioner of transportation to provide for the installation of signage to reflect the dedication required by this act, and specifies that the official name of the highway will be unchanged (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that this act takes effect immediately upon passage (Sec. 3).
