• Classifies the treatment of a human corpse in a way that would outrage reasonable community sensibilities as a felony of the fourth degree, increased from a felony of the fifth degree (Sec. 1).

• Classifies the dismemberment, mutilation, or intentional disfigurement of a human corpse as a felony of the third degree (Sec. 1).
