Vote to amend and pass a bill that establishes the 2-1-1 Hotline Revolving Fund in the Oklahoma State Treasury for the Department of Human Services.

Highlights:

• Establishes the 2-1-1 Hotline Revolving Fund in the State Treasury as a continuing fund for the Department of Human Services, consisting of legislative appropriations designated for maintaining the state’s 2-1-1 system (Sec. 1). 

• Prohibits fund monies from being used to provide referrals, information, or assistance to any organization that performs, promotes, or facilitates abortions (Sec. 1)

• Requires the 2-1-1 system to prioritize referrals to crisis pregnancy centers, adoption agencies, and other life-affirming resources (Sec. 1). 

• Requires the Department of Human Services to ensure compliance through annual audits and reporting to the Legislature (Sec. 1). 

• Specifies that this act takes effect July 1, 2026 (Sec. 2).
