Title: Extends Resident Rates for Hunting Licenses to Pennsylvania Natives Living Out-of-State
Vote to pass a bill that extends resident rates for hunting licenses to Pennsylvania natives living out-of-state.
Authorizes Native Pennsylvanian Annual Hunting Licenses to be issued to nonresidents who were born or previously resided in the state (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the license costs $30 for five days and is only valid during the deer regular hunting firearms season (Sec. 1).
Requires applicants to provide a current photo ID card alongside a written affirmation that they were born in PA or proof of past residency in PA (Sec. 1).
Specifies that nothing in this Act works to limit eligibility for Resident Hunter’s Licenses (Sec. 1).
Specifies that this Act applies to the 2027-2028 Deer Regular Firearms Season and each subsequent Deer Regular Firearms Season (Sec. 2).
Specifies that this Act is effective 60 days after passage (Sec. 3).
