Vote to override a veto of a bill that authorizes provisional concealed carry licenses for individuals 18 to 20 years old in Kentucky.

Highlights:

• Requires the Department of Kentucky State Police to issue provisional concealed carry licenses to individuals ages 18 to 20 who meet the existing eligibility criteria for a standard license, including firearms training and a background check (Sec. 1).
