Vote to pass a bill that expands access to contracts for non-union educator's associations in Oklahoma.

Highlights:

• Prohibits equal access to school districts among educators’ associations from being contingent on provisions of requested services such as meals, gifts, donations, or any other sponsored activities (Sec. 1).

• Classifies any communication by an employee, volunteer, or member of an educators’ association that pertains to collective bargaining as a promotional event (Sec. 1).
