Vote to concur with House amendments and pass a bill that establishes a rebate on the purchase of electric vehicles in California.

Highlights:

• Appropriates an annual salary of $79,122 to members of the following boards (Sec. 1):

• The Agricultural Labor Relations Board;

• The State Energy Resources Conservation and Development Commission

• The Public Utilities Commission;

• The Public Employment Relations Board;

• The Unemployment Insurance Appeals Board;

• The Workers Compensation Appeals Board;

• The State Water Resources Control Board; and

• The Cannabis Control Appeals Panel.

• Requires that funds made through the Budget Act of 2026 be used to establish a new zero-emission electric vehicle incentive program (Sec. 3).
