  • Prohibits substantially equivalent operations to a warrant resolution clinic that offer warrant resolution outside of standard judicial procedures and without the risk of arrest (Sec. 1).

  • Classifies a violation of this section as a misdemeanor punishable by removal from office for public officials or employees, or a fine of up to $10,000 for private citizens (Sec. 1).

  • Specifies that this Act takes effect immediately upon passage (Sec. 2).
