• Prohibits individuals from knowingly publishing the personal information of a victim of a sex crime if the individual knows that publishing the information poses a threat to the victim (Sec. 1).

• Requires public bodies to acknowledge receipt of a request by a sex crime victim to ensure their personal information is not published (Sec. 1)

• Requires public bodies to remove published personal information of a sex crime victim within 72 hours after acknowledgement of receiving a request from the victim (Sec. 1).
