• Specifies that the appropriations provided by this Act shall be paid from funds in the State Treasury to the credit of the Education Trust Fund, Alabama Peace Officers’ Standards and Training Fund, Alabama Head and Spinal Cord Injury Trust Fund, Driver Education and Training Fund, Special Education Catastrophic Fund, Public School Fund, and other listed funds to support public education in Alabama (Sec. 2).

• $2.1 billion to Auburn University;

• $307.8 million to Jacksonville State University;
