Title: Prohibits School Districts from Establishing Four-Day School Weeks

Vote to pass a bill that prohibits school districts from establishing school weeks that are shorter than five days, with exceptions, in Louisiana.

Highlights:

  • Requires school weeks to consist of at least five consecutive days, except for acknowledged legal holidays (Sec. 1).
