Highlights:

• Prohibits the use of facial coverings when committing felony and certain misdemeanor crimes (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that violators of this Act may face the following enhanced penalties in addition to their original conviction (Sec. 1):

• An additional fine not to exceed $2,500;

• Additional imprisonment not to exceed one year; or

• Both an additional fine and additional imprisonment.
