Title: Limits the Ability for Individuals to Remove Their Name From a Ballot Initiative Petition
Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that limits the ability for individuals to remove their name from a ballot initiative petition in Utah.
Authorizes a voter to remove their signature from a petition by submitting a statement to the clerk requesting a signature removal (Sec. 1).
Requires that a signature removal statement be collected from the individual by mail or email (Sec. 1).
