Title: Establishes Residency Requirements for Hunting and Fishing Privileges
Vote to pass a bill that establishes residency requirements for hunting and fishing privileges in Alaska.
Authorises an individual issued a permanent identification card to sport fish, hunt, or trap under the identification card only if the individual continues to meet residency requirements (Sec. 1).
Requires an individual to be physically present in the state at all times while maintaining a domicile within the state for 12 consecutive months to be considered a resident (Sec. 2).
Specifies that this act takes effect on January 1st, 2027 (Sec. 5).
