Vote to pass a bill that establishes residency requirements for hunting and fishing privileges in Alaska.

Highlights:

• Authorises an individual issued a permanent identification card to sport fish, hunt, or trap under the identification card only if the individual continues to meet residency requirements (Sec. 1).

• Requires an individual to be  physically present in the state at all times while maintaining a domicile within the state for 12 consecutive months to be considered a resident (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that this act takes effect on January 1st, 2027 (Sec. 5).
