Vote to pass a bill that amends the state constitution to restore voting rights to certain convicted felons in Kentucky.

Highlights:

• Authorizes individuals convicted of a felony to vote in elections after they have completed any term of imprisonment, probation, or parole (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that individuals convicted of felony election fraud, a violent felony offense, a felony sexual offense, or a criminal offense against a child shall not have their right to vote restored (Sec. 2).

• Specifies that an individual determined to be mentally incompetent and who has otherwise lost their voting rights shall not have their right to vote restored (Sec. 2).
