• Defines “female” as an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have the reproductive system that produces, transports, and utilizes eggs for fertilization (Sec. 1).

• Defines “male” as an individual who naturally has, had, will have, or would have the reproductive system that produces, transports, and utilizes sperm for fertilization (Sec. 1).

• Defines “boy” as a minor human male (Sec. 1).

• Defines “girl” as a minor human female (Sec. 1).

• Defines “man” as an adult human male (Sec. 1).

• Defines “woman” as an adult human female (Sec. 1).

• Defines “father” as a male parent (Sec. 1).

• Requires each state agency, department, board, commission, institution, political subdivision, and any other entity exercising state authority to strictly adhere to the definitions provided above in the execution of applicable duties (Sec. 3).
