Vote to pass a bill that requires confidentiality of the personal information of lottery prizewinners in Pennsylvania.
Requires information of a lottery winner awarded $100,000 or more to be maintained as confidential and not entered into the public record (Sec. 316).
Requires the city, township, or borough to be released into the public record regardless of prize amount (Sec. 316).
Authorizes the prize winner to voluntarily waive confidentiality (Sec. 316).
