Vote to pass a bill that authorizes non-profit cannabis dispensaries to convert to for-profit businesses in New Hampshire.

Highlights:

• Defines “alternative treatment center” as a domestic corporation, LLC, or non-profit that delivers cannabis and related supplies and materials to qualifying patients and caregivers (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that the board of directors or managers of an alternative treatment center must include (Sec 2):

• At least 1 licensed medical professional;

• At least 1 qualifying patient; and

• A majority of members who are New Hampshire residents.
