Requires an employer to provide documentation to the Labor Commissioner within 60 days of a final judgement being made against the employer that requires payment to an employee or to the state (Sec. 1).
Specifies that the documentation submitted by the judgment debtor employer should indicate that either (Sec. 1):
The judgment is fully satisfied;
A certain bond has been posted; or
The judgment debtor employer has entered into an agreement for the judgment to be paid in installments and that he or she is in compliance with the agreement.
Specifies that a judgment debtor employer who fails to comply with this provision is liable for a civil penalty (Sec. 1).
Specifies that this civil penalty is due within 90 days of notice (Sec. 1).
