    • Estimates of costs to users of state roadways throughout the entire life of the pavement;

    • The number of pothole damage claims filed by users of state roadways; and

    • The associated cost and damages of pothole damage claims. 

  • Requires this report to be made available to the public through the Department of Transportation’s website (Sec. 12).
