Highlights:

• Requires the Governor to notify the Lieutenant Governor, in addition to the General Assembly a written declaration that they are unable to perform duties (Sec. 1).

• Amends gendered language to replace it with gender-neutral terminology (All Sections).

• Amends the word incapacitated and replaces it with disabled (Sec. 1-7).
