Vote to concur with Senate amendments and pass a bill that amends State Congressional district maps if A.C.A 8 is approved by voters in California.

Highlights:

• Establishes new boundaries for all 52 state districts that elect one member to the U.S. House of Representatives, replacing the current districts that are based on data from the 2020 Census (Sec. 1).

• Specifies that if a census tract or census block is not listed, is listed more than once, or is only partially accounted for, the Secretary of State and the elections official of each county shall rely on the maps provided by the Assembly and Senate Committees on Elections and Constitutional Amendments to resolve any dispute (Sec. 1).
