    • Identifies new nuclear power and fusion energy generation sites;

  • Requires the Commission to make a final decision on an application for a large electric generating facility that contains an advanced nuclear reactor within 150 days of the submission of the application (Sec. 5).

  • Specifies that this Act takes effect on the first or second day after publication of the 2025 biennial state budget (Sec. 7).
